Enavra Growth Onboarding Form

This form is designed to gain insights into your company, its unique strengths, and the solutions you provide for your clients. We aim to gauge the value provided and in what timeframe, with examples!
The more detailed and specific your responses, the better we can tailor out strategies and outbound sequences to accurately represent your brand and engage your prospects.
Please take your time to answer each question as thoroughly as possible. Remember, the quality and quantity of the information you provide directly influences the quality of the outbound campaigns we create for you.

Section 1: Client Information

Who is the primary contact for this project?
Preferred method of communication?
What are the best days and times to reach you?
Who at your company needs to sign off on new strategies, creative materials, or other deliverables?
Who is the backup contact in case of emergency or the primary contact is unavailable?
Provide your company’s client-facing address and contact details (for each location, if required) Sample form --> HERE
Provide a full employee list of everyone you want included when we create profiles for each inbox. Sample form --> HERE
Provide a detailed breakdown of each cost center/region and the territory covered for each (when applicable/be as detailed as possible) .xlsx or .csv format

Section 2: Targeting/Problems + Solutions

1. Could you briefly describe what your company does?
2. What sets your company apart from your competitors? Feel free to give specific examples of how you come out on top.
3. What problem does your ICP (ideal customer profile) or target ICP face that would lead them to work with you?
4. How can you solve the problems you listed above?
5. What are the potential consequences if they choose not to act and not use your services?
6. What are examples of clients you have successfully worked with in the past? Please provide at least 3 examples in the following format. "We helped [x] accomplish [y] by [z]".

7. What are the titles that your ICP typically holds? Please list at least 5 titles.
8. What can you already offer to your clients FOR FREE? This offer should solve ONE of their core problems. Write down below what you are will to share that you think will attract your prospect to reply and eventually jump on a call with you. This should be something a prospect would easily pay for.
9. Upload a list of your 5 newest clients for each Cost center/Region if applicable (sample .csv --> HERE)
10. What do your Top 10 customers have in common (B2B)?
11. What is the "One Thing" you could find out about your customer that would make them a great fit for your offering? (Demographic, Technographic, Firmographic info)
12. If you had unlimited time to study a prospect, what would you research about them?
13. What was your ideal customer going through when they decided to reach out to you?
14. Who in the company is most likely to be fired if the relationship with your company doesn't work "or" Who is most likely to be promoted? (Think of the roles in this case)
15. Upload a list of at least 1000 of your previous consumer level clients. This will allow us to create a detailed audience based on key attributes.
16. List the industries you would most like to target for B2B (REI Coaches, RE Investors, Credit Stacking, etc. (Provide 3-5 examples of each).
